About The Role
You'll be responsible for generating qualified leads, primarily from the US market through a
mix of paid advertising and organic channels. This is a builder role - you'll set up campaigns
from scratch, experiment rapidly, and scale what works.
Primary Objective: Drive consistent, qualified lead flow targeting primarily US-based
prospects while optimizing for cost-per-lead and conversion rates.
Seeking a proactive marketing professional to drive end-to-end campaigns that attract,
engage, and convert the right audience. This role involves developing strategies across
multiple channels, optimizing performance at every touchpoint, leveraging data-driven
insights, and experimenting with innovative approaches to deliver measurable results.
Key Responsibilities
○ Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns on LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads
(Search & Display)
○ Develop audience targeting strategies, ad creatives, and copy focused on US
B2B prospects
○ Manage campaign budgets, bid strategies, and continuously optimize for
lower CPL and higher conversion rates
○ Build and test landing pages optimized for lead capture and conversion
- Organic & Community-Led Growth
- Drive inbound leads through forums (Reddit, Quora, industry communities),
social media engagement, and content distribution
- Identify high-intent communities and conversations where prospects are
actively seeking solutions
- Create valuable content and engagement strategies that generate organic
interest and inbound leads
- Leading Organic growth along with an SEO expert team.
- Experimentation & Optimization
- Run rapid A/B tests across channels, messaging, audience segments, and
creative formats
- Adopt a fail-fast approach - quickly identify losing campaigns and double
down on winners
- Analyze data to uncover insights: what messaging resonates, which channels
deliver quality leads, what conversion points need optimization
- Document learnings and build a repeatable playbook of high-performing
tactics
- Setup, Reporting, Insights & Conversion Rate Optimization
○ Set up campaigns, tracking pixels, conversion events, and attribution from
ground zero.
○ Implement UTM tracking, CRM integration, and lead qualification frameworks
○ Build analytics dashboards to monitor key metrics: leads generated, CPL,
conversion rates, channel performance. Track and report weekly/monthly on
lead volume, cost per lead, channel ROI, and conversion metrics
○ Create or adapt landing pages, ad creatives, and email sequences (using
templates/tools as needed)
○ Optimize landing pages, forms, and funnels to maximize engagement and
conversions. Identify bottlenecks in the audience journey and implement
solutions to improve performance.
○ Provide actionable recommendations to optimize budget allocation and
campaign strategy
○ Collaborate with internal teams to ensure lead quality and alignment with
sales objectives.
Requirements
Required Experience
- 4+ years of hands-on experience running performance marketing campaigns with
proven lead generation results
- Demonstrated success with LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads (Search & Display)
- Experience in community marketing, forum engagement, or organic social media
lead generation
- Track record of targeting US or North American markets (understanding of timezone,
messaging, and buying behavior)
- Proven ability to work with limited budgets and deliver ROI through scrappy, creative
tactics
Technical Skills
- Proficiency with LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics 4
- Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, or similar) and marketing
automation platforms
- Comfortable setting up conversion tracking, UTM parameters, pixels, and analytics
dashboards
- Basic understanding of SEO principles, keyword research, and content optimization
- Familiarity with landing page builders (Unbounce, Webflow, WordPress) or ability to
use templates effectively
- Bonus: Experience with ad creative tools (Canva, Figma) or basic design skills
