We’re a fast-growing B2B SaaS company building for mid-market and enterprise customers. We’re bringing growth marketing in-house and looking for someone who wants real ownership across demand, content, and conversion.
This is a hands-on role for a marketer who understands how B2B buyers evaluate software and enjoys shipping, testing, and iterating fast using modern AI tools.
What you’ll do
Own demand generation:
- Plan and run paid acquisition (Google Ads initially)
- Design and execute growth experiments across channels
- Optimize funnels from traffic → leads → pipeline
- Track and improve performance using clear funnel metrics
Own the website as a growth asset:
- Manage and optimize the website (Webflow / WordPress / similar)
- Launch and iterate on landing pages
- Improve messaging, positioning, and conversion rates
- Coordinate with freelancers or developers when needed
Content, SEO & messaging:
- Drive SEO strategy focused on high-intent, problem-aware keywords
- Create and optimize blog and website content using AI tools
- Improve on-page SEO, internal linking, and content performance
- Repurpose content for multiple use cases (website, sales, campaigns)
Creative & copy:
- Write strong ad copy, landing page copy, and marketing content
- Generate and test creative variations at speed using AI
- Maintain consistent messaging across all touchpoints
Sales alignment:
- Create sales enablement assets (decks, one-pagers, case studies)
- Work closely with sales to understand objections and buyer concerns
- Translate real customer conversations into better marketing
✅ What we’re looking for
Must-have:
- 3–6 years of hands-on B2B SaaS marketing experience
- Strong generalist across paid, content, SEO, and CRO
- Experience owning full funnels, not just individual channels
- Comfortable managing and updating a website
- Strong written communication and messaging skills
- Execution-first mindset — you ship, test, and iterate
- Comfortable working with metrics and performance data
Market & buyer awareness (important):
- Experience marketing to B2B buyers with longer sales cycles
- Familiarity with how decision-makers evaluate SaaS products
- Ability to write clear, direct copy for a professional audience
- Strong understanding of buyer pain points, trust signals, and proof
AI-native mindset:
- You actively use AI tools to improve speed and output
- You care about outcomes more than perfect first drafts
- You enjoy experimentation and iteration
Nice-to-have:
- Startup or early-stage experience
- Experience selling to IT, operations, facilities, or enterprise teams
- Basic design sense (Canva, Figma, etc.)
- Community or forum-based marketing exposure
