We're Hiring: Growth Marketing Specialist
We're looking for a data-driven Growth Marketing Specialist who can help us accelerate our digital growth and strengthen our market presence.
You will be responsible for:
Driving relevant traffic to our websites and platforms
Increasing conversion rates and lead generation
Activating and engaging our target audience
Identifying growth opportunities and proactively proposing improvements
Optimizing content, campaigns, landing pages, and customer journeys
Measuring, analyzing, and continuously improving marketing performance
What we're looking for:
• Strong SEO knowledge and hands-on experience
• Experience with Google Ads (AdWords) and paid acquisition
• Analytics mindset (GA4, Search Console, tracking, reporting)
• Understanding of LinkedIn and other social media platforms
• Experience with keyword research and content optimization
• Comfortable using AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, and other modern marketing tools
• Ability to combine creativity with data-driven decision making
We are looking for someone who doesn't just execute marketing activities—but actively identifies opportunities, challenges assumptions, and helps drive growth.
