Your Mission:
- Plan & manage Meta, Google & LinkedIn ad campaigns.
- Generate high-quality leads.
- Create engaging content (Reels, AI videos, creatives & carousels).
- Write high-converting ad copy, landing pages & email campaigns.
- Optimise campaigns for better CPL, CTR & ROI.
- Use AI tools to create faster and smarter marketing content.
- Analyse performance and continuously improve results.
Bring These Superpowers:
- At least 6 months in Performance Marketing & Lead Generation.
- Strong copywriting and storytelling skills.
- Experience with Meta, Google & LinkedIn Ads.
- Ability to create videos and creatives using Canva, CapCut or similar tools.
- Familiarity with AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Runway, etc.
- Data-driven mindset with a passion for experimentation.
Brownie Points:
Experience in B2B SaaS, AI Products, CRM/ERP, HRMS, or Business Automation.
