Role Overview
This role is for a Growth Marketing Specialist who will own our US email marketing and pipeline generation engine — building targeted lists, running multi-touch campaigns, qualifying MQLs, and partnering closely with our US sales team to convert interest into commercial conversations.
What You’ll Do
- Build and maintain prospect databases of decision-makers (procurement, packaging engineering, sustainability, R&D) at US food processors, food brands, and retailers
- Design and execute multi-touch email campaigns targeted at named-account lists and broader ICP segments - own the campaign strategy, copy, sequencing, and A/B testing
- Qualify inbound and outbound responses into MQLs and hand off cleanly to the US sales team with full account context
- Partner closely with the US sales team on account targeting, message refinement, and feedback loops on lead quality
- Manage our marketing automation and CRM stack - set up campaigns, score leads, build automated nurture sequences
- Support broader demand generation including content distribution, LinkedIn-targeted paid campaigns, webinar promotion, and trade show pre/post outreach
- Report on pipeline contribution through clear dashboards
Who you are
- Graduate/Post Graduate in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
- 2-4 years of B2B demand generation, growth marketing, or marketing operations experience - with demonstrated experience running campaigns targeting US buyers
- Hands-on tool fluency with marketing automation and prospecting platforms (Apollo, Zoho, HubSpot, Marketo, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator)
- Analytical orientation — comfortable with funnel metrics (open rates, click rates, reply rates, MQL conversion, pipeline contribution) and dashboard-driven decision-making
- Strong account research capability - able to look at a target company and quickly identify the right people, the right talking points, and the right moment to reach out
- Experience in B2B manufacturing, industrial, packaging, or food/CPG sectors is preferred
- Familiarity with ABM (account-based marketing) frameworks is preferred
- Self-starter, high ownership & hungry for personal growth
- Strong communication skills, and ability to deal with ambiguity
