The RoleWe’re hiring a hands-on Growth Marketing Specialist to manage and scale paid acquisition across SMB and mid-market segments.
You’ll execute, optimize, and improve paid programs that directly impact pipeline and revenue.
What You’ll Do- Manage and optimize Google Ads and Meta campaigns
- Support paid acquisition strategy aligned to revenue goals
- Run structured tests (keywords, creatives, audiences, landing pages)
- Improve ROAS, CAC, and lead quality
- Maintain accurate tracking across ad platforms, GA4, and CRM
- Deliver clear performance reports with actionable insights
- Partner with Sales to improve lead-to-close conversion
What We’re Looking For- 3–5 years of hands-on paid media experience
- Strong execution skills in Google Ads and Meta
- Understanding of performance metrics (ROAS, CAC, LTV)
- Experience marketing to SMB or mid-market segments
- Analytical mindset with ownership mentality
Preferred: B2B SaaS or multi-location marketing experience.
