Roles and Responsibilities
Prior experience in a global B2B SaaS, tech, or digital agency environment.
- Support and execute CRO experiments: Own day-to-day execution of CRO initiatives across key funnels. Help plan, launch, and analyze A/B tests on landing pages, signup flows, and conversion paths.
- Analyze funnel performance and user behavior: Use analytics, heatmaps, and session recordings to identify drop-offs, friction points, and optimization opportunities. Turn data into clear experiment ideas and insights.
- Assist in growth campaign execution: Support growth initiatives across website, lifecycle, and campaigns. Coordinate with design, PMM, and front-end development teams to ship experiments and variations quickly.
- Measure, learn, and iterate: Track experiment performance, maintain reports, and contribute to a growing experimentation and learnings repository.
- Own the details: Handle small but important growth tasks that help the team move faster and keep experimentation running smoothly.
- Build high-converting landing pages using AI platforms like Lovable AI, Emergent, Replit, and Google AI Studio.
- Experience in using growth hacks for creative content and concepts related to the respective brand or product.
What You’ll Do
- Design and run growth experiments across paid, organic, email, and product channels using ICE/PIE scoring to prioritize and ship weekly.
- Build and optimize demand generation programs: lead magnets, landing pages, nurture sequences, and top-of-funnel content that converts.
- Leverage AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Clay, Apollo) to automate lead enrichment, content testing, and campaign workflows at scale.
- Analyze the full B2B funnel—from traffic to MQL to closed-won—and identify and fix the biggest drop-off points.
- Partner with Sales to align on ICP targeting, lead handoff quality, and ABM campaign strategy.
- Own growth KPIs: MQL volume, CAC, pipeline contribution, activation rate, and funnel conversion rates.
- Collaborate with Content, Performance, and Product teams to build compounding growth loops—not just one-off campaigns.
What We’re Looking For
- 2–5 years in growth marketing, demand generation, or performance marketing (B2B environment strongly preferred).
- Hands-on experience running structured A/B tests and growth experiments with measurable outcomes.
- Proficiency across paid channels: Google Ads, LinkedIn, and/or Meta, with a strong understanding of B2B targeting.
- Fluency in analytics: GA4, Mixpanel or Hotjar, and dashboard tools like Looker Studio.
- Working knowledge of marketing automation: HubSpot, Marketo, or equivalent.
- Comfortable with AI and automation tools to move faster and do more without increasing team size.
- Strong copywriting skills—you can write hooks, CTAs, and nurture emails that drive engagement.
