Role Description The Growth Marketing Manager (Ed-Tech B2C) will lead data-driven marketing initiatives to acquire, engage, and retain learners for Nexlance’s ed-tech clients. This full-time, on-site role is based in Bengaluru South and involves planning and executing growth campaigns across digital channels, optimizing funnels, and improving conversion rates. The person in this role will design and run experiments, analyze marketing performance, and use insights from web and product analytics to refine strategies. They will collaborate with product, sales, and content teams to align messaging, manage marketing automation workflows, and ensure consistent learner experiences across touchpoints. Day-to-day responsibilities include campaign management, budget optimization, reporting on key growth metrics, and presenting actionable recommendations to stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess skills in Growth Marketing, with experience in designing and optimizing B2C acquisition and retention strategies, preferably in the ed-tech industry.
- Candidates should possess skills in Marketing Analytics and Web Analytics to interpret data, track performance, and make evidence-based decisions on campaigns and funnels.
- Candidates should possess skills in Marketing Automation to build, manage, and optimize automated journeys, email flows, and lifecycle campaigns.
- Candidates should possess skills in Project Management to coordinate cross-functional initiatives, manage timelines, and deliver campaigns efficiently.
- Experience with performance marketing channels (e.g., paid social, search, app marketing) and A/B testing tools is highly beneficial.
- Strong analytical mindset, proficiency with dashboards or BI tools, and comfort working with KPIs such as CAC, LTV, and conversion rates are expected.
- Excellent communication skills, stakeholder management, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment are important.
- A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or a related field is preferred; prior experience in ed-tech or consumer internet businesses is an advantage.
