About the Role:
We are looking for a relentless, smart, and highly adaptable Growth Marketing Manager to scale our B2B services and product offerings. In this role, you will be the engine behind our global lead generation, balancing lean budgets with high-impact organic and paid strategies. You will target highly sophisticated, hard-to-reach clients in the Investment and Consulting sectors across the US, Europe, and the Middle East.

Key Responsibilities
- Global Lead Generation: Architect and deploy high-converting "lead traps" and inbound funnels targeting the US, Europe, and Middle East markets.
- B2B Growth Strategy: Apply a lean-startup mindset to stretch budgets, driving maximum ROI and qualified leads across both our service and product portfolios.
- Organic & Content Leadership: Own the organic social media engine. Maintain a professional, consistent, and highly engaging on-brand content calendar across all platforms.
- Performance Marketing: Execute and optimize highly targeted paid campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads (and Page Manager), Microsoft Ads, and Taboola.
- Workflow & Brand Management: Establish a strict "maker-checker" workflow to ensure flawless, high-quality content output across the main brand and all sub-brands.
- High-Tier Communication: Craft elite, compelling messaging specifically tailored to capture the attention of C-suite executives and decision-makers in the Investment and Consulting spaces.
- Team Leadership & Mentorship: Manage, mentor, and consistently train a team of two junior marketers, elevating their skills and output.
- Website Maintenance: Oversee the maintenance and updates of various company websites, ensuring they act as highly optimized conversion engines.
Core Requirements
- Experience: Proven track record in scaling B2B brands (both products and services) with a deep understanding of lead generation and pipeline growth.
- AI Fluency: Deeply ingrained in the AI ecosystem. You must know how to leverage AI tools (for copy, design, data analysis, and automation) to aggressively uplift team productivity and scale output.
- Performance Marketing: Hands-on experience managing and scaling budgets across major ad networks (Google, LinkedIn, Microsoft, native ad platforms).
- Copywriting & Comms: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a portfolio of content that proves you can speak the language of finance, consulting, and enterprise business.
- Hustle & Adaptability: A scrappy, proactive problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment and learns new systems incredibly fast.
Great-to-Haves (Bonus Points)
- Hands-on experience building, managing, and maintaining websites in Webflow (or a demonstrated ability to learn it rapidly).
- Prior experience marketing directly to Private Equity, Venture Capital, or top-tier Management Consulting firms.
- Experience building complex CRM automations and lead-scoring models.
