Title: Growth Marketing Manager (B2B IT Services – International)
Location: Gurugram (Work from office)
We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Growth Manager for our IT Services Marketing Team. The person will closely work with the Co-founder and Sales Team in driving Growth for B2B IT Services such as CRM tools, AI Services, and digital solutions.
Role Objective
Own and drive end-to-end demand generation and pipeline growth for international markets (US/EU), combining strategy + hands-on execution across digital channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Demand Generation & Pipeline Growth
- Plan and execute campaigns to generate qualified leads (MQLs/SQLs)
- Drive pipeline contribution and revenue impact
- Implement Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies for high-value clients
- Content & Messaging Strategy
- Develop content strategy aligned with buyer journey
- Create/oversee blogs, landing pages, case studies, whitepapers
- Craft messaging for CXO-level audience (CTO, CIO, founders)
- Email & Automation
- Design and execute email campaigns and nurturing workflows
- Use tools like HubSpot / Salesforce
- Track open rates, CTR, conversions, and pipeline impact
- SEO & Organic Growth
- Own keyword strategy, on-page SEO, and blog performance
- Improve organic traffic and inbound lead generation
- Website & Conversion Optimization
- Continuously improve website content and landing pages
- Optimize for conversion (visitors → leads)
- Sales Alignment
- Work closely with sales team on:
- Lead qualification
- Pitch decks & case studies
- Feedback loop on lead quality
- Performance Marketing
- Manage and optimize campaigns on:
- Google Ads
- LinkedIn Campaign Manager
- Run A/B tests, improve conversion rates, reduce CPL/CAC
- Analytics & Reporting
- Track KPIs: leads, CPL, conversion rate, pipeline value
- Build dashboards and present insights to leadership
Education, Experience & Required Skills
- MBA in Marketing
- 5–8 years in B2B marketing (IT services/SaaS)
- Strong understanding of international markets (US/EU)
- Hands-on experience in email marketing, SEO, and performance marketing
- Experience with CRM & automation tools (HubSpot/Salesforce/Mailchimp or similar)
- Excellent content writing and communication skills
- Proven track record of generating qualified leads and pipeline
Preferred Skills
- Experience with ABM campaigns
- Exposure to multiple industry verticals
- Experience managing freelancers/agencies
