Role Summary
The Marketing Growth Manager will be responsible for driving brand awareness, audience growth, lead generation, partnerships, and digital engagement across platforms.
This is a high-impact role for someone who understands storytelling, performance marketing, content virality, social media growth, partnerships, community engagement, and employer branding.
The ideal candidate should be passionate about women empowerment, startup growth, social impact, and building communities through strategic marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute growth marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and lead generation.
- Drive audience growth across LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, website, WhatsApp communities, and newsletters.
- Plan and execute organic and paid marketing campaigns.
- Monitor analytics, KPIs, and campaign performance.
Community & Engagement Growth
- Grow and engage women professional communities across the GCC.
- Increase webinar, event, and workshop participation.
- Build engagement strategies for retention and referrals.
- Develop networking and collaboration initiatives.
Partnership & Employer Branding
- Build collaborations with universities, corporates, women networks, and industry partners.
- Support employer branding initiatives for clients.
- Identify sponsorship and strategic partnership opportunities.
Performance Marketing & Lead Generation
- Generate B2B leads for recruitment and DEI consulting services.
- Improve conversion rates across marketing channels.
- Execute email marketing and nurturing campaigns.
- Support sales and recruitment teams with marketing campaigns.
Events & Campaigns
- Support execution of:
- Leadership events
- Podcast launches
- Networking sessions
- Career webinars
- Women empowerment initiatives
- Drive event registrations and visibility campaigns.
Required Skills & Experience
- 4–8 years of experience in Growth Marketing, Digital Marketing, Brand Marketing, or Community Growth.
- Strong experience with LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and digital growth strategies.
- Experience in startups, recruitment, HRTech, media, community platforms, or women-focused brands is preferred.
- Strong understanding of content marketing and personal branding.
- Hands-on experience with:
- Meta Ads
- LinkedIn campaigns
- SEO
- Email marketing
- CRM tools
- Analytics dashboards
- Excellent storytelling and communication skills.
- Creative mindset with strong execution capabilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
