Job Title: Performance Marketing Lead
Location: Noida | 6 Days Working | Budget: Up to 15 LPA
We are hiring a Performance Marketing Lead for a leading FMCG brand. This is a senior role with end-to-end ownership of performance marketing across D2C, Quick Commerce, and marketplaces.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead performance marketing strategy and execution
- Drive growth, ROI, and customer acquisition
- Manage campaigns across Google, Meta, Amazon, Flipkart, etc.
- Collaborate with creative, media, analytics, and product teams
- Analyze data and optimize campaign performance
- Lead and mentor the team
Requirements:
- 5–8+ years in performance marketing (FMCG/D2C/e-commerce)
- Strong expertise in paid media and analytics
- Experience with marketplaces and Quick Commerce is a plus
