For this role, we’re not looking at marketing in silos. We’re looking at full-stack growth ownership across the entire funnel.
📌Key Performance Indicators: The core KPIs are straightforward, but aggressive:
- Revenue growth across channels
- CAC stability or reduction over time (+4X ROAS in Meta consistently)
- Consistent organic growth via SEO
- Strong performance from owned channels (email, content)
- Continuous improvement in website conversion rate
What We’re Looking For (Non-Negotiable)
- 1–3 years of hands-on performance marketing experience (eCommerce preferred)
- You have personally managed paid ad budgets (Meta required)
- You understand how creatives + copy drive performance
- Strong grasp of full-funnel marketing and channels
- You think in numbers, not opinions
- You move fast, test fast, and learn fast
What You’ll Own: Someone who is essentially acting as a mini-CMO or growth operator.
- Paid growth is controlled: CAC is tracked and stabilized. New creatives are constantly being tested. Winning angles are scaled, losing ones are cut quickly. There’s clarity on what’s working and why.
- Organic and Content Engine is Always Running We’re publishing a defined number of high-quality blogs per month. Content is SEO-driven and strategic. Organic traffic is growing consistently and that traffic is converting into actual revenue.
- Email Becomes a Revenue Channel 4–5 campaigns per month, minimum. Flows are optimized (welcome, abandoned cart, etc.). Revenue contribution from email is tracked and improving. Messaging aligns with offers, launches, and brand voice.
- Website Conversion is Always Improving Continuous thinking around offers, bundles, and AOV. Constant questioning of drop-offs and friction points. Clear actions to improve conversion rate over time.
- Brand, Collections, and Launches: Not just performance, but brand direction as well. Strategic rollout of new collections. Alignment across ads, email, and website. Everything feels cohesive and intentional.
