Role Description
The Growth Marketing Manager will play a pivotal role in expanding The Card Company’s user base and customer engagement. We’re looking for someone who can blend strategy, creativity, and analytics to drive user growth and engagement across our payment products.
This is a critical role requiring strong strategic thinking, execution rigor, and comfort operating in an early-stage startup. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Gurugram, offering the opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational growth.

Responsibilties
- Own and execute growth strategy across acquisition, activation, retention, and
referral channels.
- Plan and run digital campaigns (paid, performance, and organic) to drive user
growth and engagement.
- Drive content strategy across business lines & user cohorts
- Leverage analytics to track performance, identify insights, and optimize ROI across channels.
- Collaborate with product, design, and partnerships to align growth initiatives with business goals.
- Experiment with new growth loops and channels — test fast, learn fast, and scale what works.
- Build strong community and brand recall through targeted communication and engagement strategies.
- Drive measurable impact on user acquisition, engagement, and monetization metrics.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Growth Marketing and developing scalable strategies, ideally in fintech, payments or consumer tech
Understanding of user funnels, retention metrics, and growth experimentation frameworks
- Content creation & video editing skills are big plus
Strong analytical skills — comfortable with metrics, attribution, and marketing tools (GA4, Mo-engage)
- Experience with Marketing Automation platforms to streamline processes and drive customer engagement.
- Exceptional analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership capabilities to motivate teams and present insights effectively.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA is a plus
