About the Role
We are looking for a data-driven and results-oriented Senior Performance Marketer to join our growing team at Tempest Analytics Pvt. Ltd. (Breadcrumb Digital LLP.), a full-service digital marketing agency specializing in content creation, production, performance marketing, and online & offline design.
In this role, you will be entirely responsible for driving growth, acquisition, and organic visibility for a diverse portfolio of brands. This is a hybrid role built for a T-shaped marketer—someone who possesses deep analytical expertise in paid channels (Meta, Google, YouTube) alongside a strong strategic mastery of organic growth (SEO & SEM). You will manage full-funnel media buying budgets, build robust search strategies, and directly impact our clients' bottom-line revenue.
Salary Range ₹60,000–₹75,000 per month
Key Responsibilities
Paid Media Strategy & Execution (Meta, Google & YouTube)
- End-to-End Campaign Management: Plan, set up, monitor, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max), and YouTube.
- Budget Allocation & Scaling: Strategically manage and deploy ad spend across client accounts, ensuring maximum ROAS (Return on Ad Spend) and lowest possible CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost).
- Audience Architecture: Build, test, and refine advanced audience targeting strategies, including lookalikes, custom intent segments, and granular retargeting funnels.
Search Engine Marketing (SEM) & Organic Growth (SEO)
- SEM Excellence: Execute advanced keyword research, draft high-converting ad copy, manage bidding strategies, and optimize quality scores to dominate Google search results.
- On-Page & Technical SEO: Conduct thorough website audits, optimize meta tags, site architecture, page speed requirements, and implement schema markups to boost organic rankings.
- Off-Page & Content Strategy: Collaborate with the content team to identify keyword gaps, build high-quality backlink profiles, and rank assets for high-intent search queries.
Data Analytics, Tracking & Reporting
- Advanced Tracking Setup: Ensure flawless conversion tracking by setting up Google Tag Manager (GTM), Meta Pixels, Custom Conversions, and Google Analytics 4 (GA4) properties.
- Data-Driven Analysis: Continuously deep-dive into campaign dashboards to identify performance bottlenecks, attribution discrepancies, and scaling opportunities.
- Client Reporting: Build and maintain transparent automated dashboards (Looker Studio/Data Studio) and present monthly performance reviews to clients.
Creative Collaboration & CRO
- Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Run continuous A/B tests on landing pages, lead forms, and user journeys to maximize traffic-to-conversion rates.
- Creative Briefing: Work closely with the Art Director and content teams to brief high-performing ad hooks, static layouts, and video concepts based on performance data trends.
What We're Looking For
- 4–6 years of hands-on experience running performance marketing campaigns and owning SEO/SEM strategy within an agency setup.
- Proven Track Record: Demonstrated history of managing substantial monthly ad budgets while maintaining or improving ROAS and scaling revenue across multiple client brands simultaneously.
- Platform Mastery: Deep, practical knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, YouTube Studio, Google Search Console, GTM, and GA4.
- SEO Tool Proficiency: Solid experience using industry-standard tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, or Screaming Frog.
- Analytical Mindset: Excellent spreadsheet skills (Excel/Google Sheets) with the ability to interpret raw numbers into actionable business insights.
Nice to Have
- Certification in Google Ads, GA4, or Meta Blueprint.
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS/WordPress (useful for implementing technical SEO changes).
- Familiarity with programmatic advertising or alternative programmatic ad networks.
