Role Overview:
We’re looking for a Growth Manager who will own revenue from paid channels end-to-end. This role sits at the intersection of performance marketing, creative strategy, and funnel optimisation.
You will not just manage campaigns, you will drive what creatives get made, what gets tested, and what scales.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
1. Own Performance & Revenue
* Manage and scale paid campaigns across Meta, Google, and other channels
* Own CAC, ROAS, and overall paid channel efficiency
* Continuously optimise campaigns based on performance data
2. Drive Creative Strategy (Critical)
* Define ad angles, hooks, and messaging based on performance insights
* Create clear, actionable briefs for the creative agency
* Identify winning creatives and iterate rapidly (variations, formats, hooks)
3. Work Cross-Functionally
* Collaborate closely with the creative agency to ensure fast execution
* Align marketing efforts with landing pages, funnels, and product positioning
* Act as the central point of ownership between creative and performance
4. Build a Testing Engine
* Launch high-volume creative tests weekly
* Analyze results and double down on what works
* Kill underperforming campaigns quickly and reallocate budgets
5. Funnel & Conversion Optimization
* Identify drop-offs across the funnel (ad → landing page → conversion)
* Suggest and implement improvements to increase conversion rates
* Work with internal/external teams to improve landing pages and user journey
🧠 What We’re Looking For
* 2–5 years of experience in performance marketing / growth roles in D2C.
* Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads and/or Google Ads
* Proven ability to scale campaigns with a focus on ROI/ROAS
* Deep understanding of creative-led performance marketing
* Ability to think in terms of hooks, messaging, and consumer psychology
* Highly data-driven with strong analytical skills
* Bias for action—comfortable with fast testing and iteration

* Experience working with clothing/fashion.
* Experience managing or collaborating with creative teams/agencies
* Strong understanding of landing page optimization and CRO
