About Sloka:
Sloka Partners is a global digital infrastructure platform providing strategic advisory and build/operate solutions specializing in Data Centers, Subsea Cables and Network Infrastructure. Our team brings 150+ years of combined leadership from organizations like Google, Meta, Tata, France Telecom, and Global Crossing - delivering end-to-end advisory, design, build, and commercialization of digital infrastructure.
We serve hyperscalers, telcos, data center operators, utility providers, content developers, investors, and governments across 5+ continents.
The Role:
We’re looking for a sharp, self-driven marketing professional to own and execute Sloka’s brand marketing, lead generation, event management, and PR efforts across geographies. This is a high-impact role where you’ll not only help grow the business but also shape how the digital infrastructure market perceives Sloka - moving us from visibility to trust, and from awareness to ‘partner of choice’.
You’ll work directly with senior leadership and be responsible for building a systematic content and outreach engine that positions Sloka as a thinking-led, execution-ready partner in a complex and niche B2B landscape.
What You’ll Do:
1. Content & Thought Leadership
Research, write, and publish thought leadership articles and develop long-form assets such as white papers, eBooks, and case study playbooks. Develop POV-led narratives that demonstrate Sloka’s approach to complex infrastructure challenges - covering how we frame problems, evaluate trade-offs, and make decisions across geographies and scale. Create and manage LinkedIn content (posts, infographics, carousels) for both the company page and founder profiles.
Manage SEO Optimization and Sloka’s website as the single source of truth - ensuring all thought leadership, expertise narratives, and conversion paths are up to date. Track and report on KPIs for various marketing initiatives.
2. Lead Generation & Outbound
Plan and execute segmented email marketing campaigns, set up and manage outbound prospecting sequences using various marketing tools targeting CXOs, infrastructure heads, strategy leaders, and investment teams. Run LinkedIn Account-Based Marketing (ABM) campaigns with organization-level and role-based targeting. Build and maintain databases with proper segmentation across telcos, neo-cloud providers, data center operators, and infrastructure investors.
3. Event Management
Identify, evaluate, and manage Sloka’s participation in industry conferences, summits, and forums across digital infrastructure, data centers, and subsea/fiber sectors. Handle end-to-end event logistics including registrations, speaker submissions, booth coordination, collateral preparation, and post-event follow-ups. Maximize ROI from events by aligning pre-event outreach, on-ground engagement, and post-event nurture sequences.
4. Public Relations
Develop and manage relationships with relevant trade media, industry publications, and PR outlets in the digital infrastructure space. Draft and distribute press releases, contributed articles, and media pitches. Secure coverage and speaking opportunities that reinforce Sloka’s positioning as a trusted infrastructure advisory partner.
What We’re Looking For:
Experience (depth of practical experience is more important than years) in B2B marketing, preferably in technology, infrastructure, consulting, or professional services. Strong writing and editorial skills - you can distill complex technical subjects into compelling narratives for senior decision-makers. Hands-on experience with content marketing, email marketing platforms (MailChimp, Brevo, or similar), and outbound tools (Apollo or equivalent). Familiarity with LinkedIn advertising, ABM strategies, and CXO-level outreach. Experience managing event participation at industry conferences. Basic understanding of SEO, website management (WordPress or similar), and marketing analytics. Self-starter mindset - comfortable working independently in a lean, fast-moving environment. Exposure to digital infrastructure, telecom, data centers, or related sectors is a strong plus but not mandatory.
Why Sloka:
Work at the intersection of cutting-edge AI-driven digital infrastructure build and strategic advisory, helping shape the next era of global compute, connectivity, and technological transformation. Collaborate directly with a global leadership team that has delivered 20+ subsea cable systems and over 1 GW of data center capacity, bringing deep experience in building critical infrastructure across five continents.
Play a key role in shaping the brand narrative of a high-growth firm from the ground up. Benefit from a flexible, remote-first work model, with the opportunity to engage on either a part-time or full-time basis depending on mutual fit.
