About the Role:
We are seeking a Lifecycle Marketing Manager to build and scale a structured lead nurturing system. The company generates strong leads through LinkedIn, email, sales outreach, and events — but many are not ready to buy yet. This role will fix that by building the lead scoring model, nurture journeys, and content plan that move leads from post-demo interest to active opportunity.
Key Responsibilities:
🛒 Lead Scoring & Segmentation – Build and manage a CBANT scoring model (Category, Budget, Authority, Need, Time). Define score bands and stages such as MQL, nurture, re-engage, and sales-ready. Continuously refine the model based on conversion patterns, buying signals, and engagement behavior.
📊 Lifecycle Calendar & Nurture Journeys – Build a lifecycle calendar mapping every qualified lead to an expected need window (CX renewal, annual budgeting cycle, procurement milestone). Create nurture journeys for scenarios like active evaluation, future renewal, and stakeholder changes.
📈 Content Strategy by Lead Hotness & Stage – Create a lifecycle content strategy across four goals: Educate (reports, trends), Empower (comparison content), Entice (switch triggers), and Entertain (low-friction touchpoints).
🚚 Multi-Channel Communication Strategy – Run coordinated communication across email, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and event follow-up. Define rules for channel mix and frequency so long-cycle engagement stays helpful and relevant.
📣 Metrics & Optimization – Track metrics including open rate, CTR, content engagement, stage progression, reactivation rate, and conversion by score band. Build monthly and quarterly review rhythms and partner with sales to improve movement of qualified leads from "not ready" to "active opportunity."
Requirements:
✅ 3–5 years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing, especially in lifecycle marketing, nurture-focused roles, or product marketing
✅ Strong experience with lead scoring, CRM segmentation, and nurture programs
✅ Comfortable working on long buying cycles where timing, stakeholder mapping, and persistence matter
✅ Strong content judgment – able to decide what message goes to whom, when, and on which channel
✅ Strong collaboration skills across sales, product marketing, leadership, and content teams
Preferred:
⭐ Experience with CRM / marketing tools such as Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce, or related automation platforms
