Overview
We are looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to own and scale our marketing-qualified pipeline. This role focuses on translating strategy into measurable revenue impact by designing, executing, and optimizing multi-channel demand generation programs.
You will collaborate closely with Marketing Operations, Offer Marketing, and Sales teams to ensure every campaign is targeted, measurable, and aligned with business priorities. This role is ideal for someone who is both data-driven and creative, capable of balancing pipeline analytics with marketing experimentation and storytelling.
Key Responsibilities
Pipeline & Demand Ownership
- Own MQL (Marketing Qualified Leads) targets and pipeline contribution goals.
- Translate business and revenue goals into scalable growth programs.
- Continuously optimize conversion rates across the marketing funnel.
Campaign Strategy & Execution
Design and execute multi-channel demand programs including:
- Paid search and paid social campaigns
- Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies (1:many and 1:few)
- Webinars, virtual events, and gated content campaigns
Define campaign goals, target audiences, offers, and success metrics.
Run experiments to improve reach, engagement, and campaign efficiency.
Account & Persona-Based Growth
- Partner with Sales to identify Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) and priority accounts.
- Build coordinated marketing plays for buying groups and decision-makers.
- Use intent signals and engagement data to focus marketing investments.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work with Offer Marketing to align messaging and positioning.
- Partner with Content teams to define campaign assets and storytelling strategies.
- Collaborate with Marketing Operations on:
- Lead scoring and routing
- Attribution and reporting
- Funnel optimization
Performance Measurement & Optimization
Monitor and report on:
- MQL → SQL conversion rates
- Pipeline creation and revenue influence
- CAC, CPL, and channel ROI
Use insights to scale high-performing campaigns and optimize underperforming channels.
Qualifications & Experience
Required
- 7–12 years of IT services / B2B demand or growth marketing experience.
- Proven track record of driving pipeline growth, not just lead generation.
- Experience marketing IT services, SaaS, or enterprise technology.
- Strong understanding of:
- Funnel metrics and attribution models
- Paid media and ABM strategies
- Lead lifecycle management and conversion optimization
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot or similar marketing automation / CRM platforms.
Nice to Have
- Experience with ABM or intent platforms such as
- 6sense,
- Demandbase, or
- Apollo.io.
- Experience working closely with sales teams in complex enterprise buying cycles.
- Comfortable working in high-growth or scaling organizations.
