About the role
Propsoch is India’s first buy-side real estate advisory. We want to change how the next 10 million Indians buy homes.
Most of our acquisition today is digital. This role is here to change that.
As Growth Manager, you’ll lead organic marketing, partnerships, and offline activations across Bangalore. You’re building the offline acquisition layer from scratch. You’ll stay close to digital too, because growth in our category isn’t paid versus organic, it’s both pulling in the same direction.
What you’ll own
- Lead organic marketing across Bangalore and Mumbai — content, community, SEO, social. You'll have a small organic marketing team that can execute.
- Open up offline acquisition in Bangalore through pop-ups, corporate sessions, society activations, and on-ground events.
- Build partnerships and business collaborations — corporates, communities, influencers, complementary brands that bring qualified buyers to us.
- Drive Guided Homebuying Programme signups through every channel you own, with clear attribution.
What we’re looking for
- 6–8 years in growth or marketing, with experience across organic, partnerships, and offline. Generalist, not specialist.
- B2C and startup experience.
- Track record of building something from zero — a channel, a programme, a partnership engine.
- Comfortable fostering partnerships and business collabs.
- Excellent with content. You have a strong instinct for what a homebuyer would actually read, watch, or share.
- Data-based in thinking.
- Problem-solver first.
