Your Impact: Osmos is growing fast across the US, Europe, and APAC. Our sales team is on the ground in these regions, but they need a hands-on marketing partner who can generate qualified pipeline, run targeted campaigns, and make sure every dollar spent on marketing ties back to revenue. That's you.
You'll work directly with regional sales leadership to understand what they need and build marketing programs that deliver it. Think ABM campaigns, field events, regional content, partner co-marketing, and everything in between. You'll own the full cycle: planning, execution, measurement, and optimization. No hand-offs to someone else to "figure out the details."
This is a hands-on role with real ownership. You'll collaborate with agencies, vendors, and cross-functional teams (product marketing, content, design, sales ops) to get things done. But at the end of the day, the qualified pipeline from your regions is your number.
What You'll Do:
- Own GTM Execution to achieve regional pipeline targets.
- Partner with regional sales leaders (US, Europe, and adjacent markets) to define quarterly marketing plans tied to pipeline and revenue targets.
- Plan and execute campaigns targeting enterprise accounts. From account selection and messaging to multi-channel execution and follow-through.
- Own regional field events, roundtables, webinars, and sponsorships end-to-end.
- Build and maintain regional prospect lists, account scoring, and segmentation in the CRM.
- Coordinate with product marketing and content teams to localize messaging for each region's audience, competitive landscape, and buyer personas.
You'll Thrive If You Have:
- 6+ years in B2B marketing, ideally in SaaS, ad-tech, or enterprise technology. You've run campaigns that generated a real pipeline, a hands-on approach to getting things done.
- Hands-on experience running ABM or demand gen campaigns in the US or Western European markets.
- Experience working closely with sales teams as a true partner, not a service desk. Joint planning, shared targets, mutual accountability.
- Strong project management instincts. You can juggle multiple campaigns, vendors, and stakeholders without dropping the ball.
- Clear, direct communication. You can write a solid email, brief a designer, or present campaign results to leadership without unnecessary fluff.
- An AI-native mindset. You naturally look for ways to automate, enrich, and optimize using AI tools. You don't wait for someone to build it for you.
- Work with agencies and external vendors when needed. Brief them, manage timelines, review output, hold them accountable.
