Role Description:
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai for a Growth Marketing Manager. The role involves planning and managing growth strategies to drive customer acquisition and retention. Key responsibilities include analyzing marketing data, running marketing automation tools, managing digital campaigns, and tracking performance through various analytics platforms. The Growth Marketing Manager will also lead cross-functional project collaborations and optimize marketing efforts to create measurable business impact.
Qualifications:
In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing end-to-end marketing and growth performance at Odd Not Even. Your scope of work will include, but will not be limited to:
• Plan & coordinate with the performance marketing team for paid campaigns across Meta (Instagram/Facebook), Google, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
• Manage monthly ad budgets with clear targets on ROAS, CAC, and blended MER.
• A/B tests on creative, audiences, landing pages, and offers.
• Coordinate with the creative team on ad creative briefs aligned to drop calendars.
• Build and own the email, WhatsApp, and SMS flows
• Grow the brand's organic presence on Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and any new platforms relevant to streetwear/fashion culture.
• Identify and execute influencer and creator partnerships that fit the "ART IS ODD" voice.
• Continuously audit and improve the Shopify storefront, PDPs, collection pages, checkout flow.
• Improve Website SEO
• Plan collaborations, pop-ups, and experiential activations that extend the brand into the real world.
• Increase Brand Awareness through Organic seeding through Reddit, Linkedin and other platforms
• Maintain weekly and monthly growth dashboards covering revenue, CAC, ROAS, retention cohorts, channel mix, and funnel metrics.
• P&L Ownership & Unit Economics and track cm1, cm2 & cm3
