Job Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Manager who will focus on closing deals and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate will work on qualified leads/prospects and play a key role in converting opportunities into long-term business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Convert qualified leads into paying clients through effective sales strategies
- Handle client negotiations, pricing discussions, and deal closures
- Manage, mentor, and monitor the sales team to achieve targets
- Set and track monthly/quarterly sales targets and ensure team performance
- Build and maintain strong client relationships for long-term business growth
- Maintain and manage a healthy sales pipeline
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams for smooth client onboarding and delivery
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities

Requirements:
