Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Performance Marketing Manager based in Mumbai. The Performance Marketing Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing data-driven marketing campaigns across various digital platforms. This includes managing paid advertising campaigns, analyzing and reporting on performance metrics, identifying growth opportunities, and implementing strategies to achieve business objectives. The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to align marketing initiatives with broader brand goals, while staying updated on industry trends and best practices.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Digital Advertising Platforms, such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and programmatic advertising
- Strong Analytical Skills, such as campaign tracking, data analysis, and performance metric reporting
- Experience with Conversion Rate Optimization, A/B Testing, and Retargeting Strategies
- Proficiency in Marketing Tools, like Google Analytics, SEMrush, or other SEO/analytics platforms
- Sound knowledge of Budget Management, ROI-driven campaign planning, and CPA optimization
- Proficiency in verbal and written communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
- Relevant certifications in Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, or equivalent will be an added advantage
- Prior experience in leading or managing a team is desirable
