Key Responsibilities
Own end-to-end growth funnel: acquisition, activation, retention, and referral
Plan and execute performance marketing campaigns across channels (Google,
Meta, LinkedIn, etc.)
Design and run A/B experiments to improve conversion rates and user engagement
Analyze campaign performance and user behavior to identify growth opportunities
Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to optimize user journeys
Build and optimize landing pages, funnels, and messaging for different user
segments
Manage marketing automation tools and lifecycle campaigns (email, push, CRM)
Track and report on key growth metrics (CAC, LTV, conversion rates, ROI)
Identify and test new growth channels and partnerships
Requirements
Strong analytical mindset with experience using tools like Google Analytics,
Mixpanel, Amplitude, etc.
Hands-on experience with paid acquisition channels (Google Ads, Meta Ads,
LinkedIn Ads)
Experience with A/B testing and experimentation frameworks
Familiarity with marketing automation tools (HubSpot, WebEngage, Clevertap, etc.)
Basic understanding of product funnels and user behavior analytics
Ability to work cross-functionally and in fast-paced environments
Good to have
Experience in a startup or high-growth environment
Exposure to SEO, content marketing, or influencer marketing
Knowledge of SQL, Python, or data visualization tools
Experience working with AI-driven marketing tools
