We are looking for a highly analytical and execution-driven Performance Marketing Manager to lead paid acquisition, product sales growth, and e-commerce performance across Google Shopping, Search, Performance Max, App Campaigns, and marketplace growth channels.
Role Description
The Performance Marketing Manager will own end-to-end paid media strategy and execution focused on product sales, e-commerce revenue growth, and customer acquisition across global markets. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Google Shopping, Shopping Campaigns, Product Feed Optimization, GA4, GTM, GMC, and performance-driven e-commerce marketing.
This role requires hands-on management of large-scale paid campaigns, product feed optimization, catalog-driven advertising, attribution tracking, and ROI-focused growth strategies.
Key ResponsibilitiesPaid Media & Product Sales Growth
- Own and scale paid acquisition channels including:
- Google Ads
- Google Shopping Campaigns
- Performance Max (PMax)
- Search Campaigns
- Demand Gen Campaigns
- Google App Campaigns
- Microsoft/Bing Ads
- Apple Search Ads
- Criteo
- Drive online product sales growth across international markets with clear ROAS and CAC accountability.
- Manage high-budget performance campaigns focused on revenue generation and e-commerce conversion optimization.
Google Shopping & Product Feed Management
- Manage and optimize Google Merchant Center (GMC) product feeds.
- Improve product visibility, feed quality, custom labels, and shopping performance.
- Work closely with catalog and merchandising teams to ensure feed hygiene and optimized product attributes.
- Handle Shopping Ads, Dynamic Product Ads, and feed-based automation strategies.
Analytics, Tracking & Attribution
- Own implementation and optimization of:
- Google Analytics 4 (GA4)
- Google Tag Manager (GTM)
- Google Merchant Center (GMC)
- Google Search Console
- Web & App Attribution Platforms
- Monitor funnel performance, conversion tracking, attribution accuracy, and customer journey insights.
- Build dashboards, analyze KPIs, and generate actionable growth insights.
E-commerce & Marketplace Growth
- Scale product-led growth initiatives across global e-commerce markets.
- Optimize acquisition funnels, remarketing campaigns, and audience segmentation.
- Partner with category, product, catalog, and brand teams to improve campaign efficiency and product discoverability.
- Support marketplace and D2C sales growth initiatives.
Reporting & Stakeholder Management
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
- Present campaign insights, growth opportunities, and budget recommendations to leadership.
- Coordinate with platform representatives from Google, Microsoft, and Apple.
- Manage external agencies and performance partners when required.
