Growth & Performance Marketing Specialist
Role Overview
We are looking for a data-driven Growth & Performance Marketing Specialist to support the execution, optimization, and scaling of paid marketing campaigns.
This role will work closely with the marketing leadership team to drive lead generation, improve campaign performance, and optimize the marketing funnel across digital channels.
Key Responsibilities
Performance Marketing
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across:
- Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)
- LinkedIn Ads (essential for B2B campaigns)
- Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
- Manage campaigns focused on lead generation and conversions
- Conduct audience targeting, keyword planning, and A/B testing
Campaign Optimization & Analytics
- Track and optimize key performance metrics such as CPC, CPL, CTR, CPA, and conversions
- Monitor campaign performance and recommend data-driven improvements
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports with actionable insights
Tracking & Setup
- Set up and manage conversion tracking, pixels, and event tracking
- Work with Google Analytics and basic dashboards for performance monitoring
- Ensure accurate and consistent data tracking across campaigns
Funnel & Lead Generation Support
- Understand marketing funnels and customer journeys
- Collaborate with content and design teams to enhance ad creatives and landing page performance
- Support initiatives to improve lead quality and conversion rates
Collaboration & Execution
- Work closely with content, design, and social media teams
- Execute campaigns as per strategy and provide performance-based feedback
Requirements
- Experience: 1–3 years in performance or digital marketing
- Hands-on experience with:
- Google Ads
- LinkedIn Ads (strongly preferred)
- Meta Ads
Core Skills
- Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics and funnels
- Experience in lead generation campaigns (B2B preferred)
- Familiarity with Google Analytics and advertising dashboards
- Understanding of campaign structure, targeting, and optimization techniques
Good to Have
- Exposure to B2B, Technology, SaaS, Cloud, or Data Center domains
- Basic understanding of landing page optimization and conversion rate improvement
- Ability to interpret data and recommend actionable insights
AI Tools (Good to Have)
- Familiarity with AI tools for ad copy suggestions, creative testing, and workflow efficiency
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- Certifications in Google Ads, Meta, or LinkedIn are a plus
