Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Growth Marketing Manager based in Bengaluru. The Growth Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing growth strategies, analyzing marketing data, managing projects, monitoring web analytics, and implementing marketing automation processes. The role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to drive brand growth and achieve business goals.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Growth Marketing and Marketing Analytics
- Strong skills in Web Analytics and Marketing Automation tools
- Experience with managing multiple projects and delivering results, demonstrating excellent Project Management skills
- Strong analytical mindset and data-driven decision-making abilities
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; an advanced degree is a plus
- Familiarity with the consumer tech or e-commerce sectors is advantageous
