& Crawlapps is a Shopify Plus agency focused on creating high-performance, conversion-driven e-commerce stores, offering services like store design, optimization, SEO, integrations, and B2B solutions to support scalable growth.
Role Description
The Growth Marketing Manager will be responsible for driving revenue, acquiring new D2C & B2B brands, building outbound sales systems, and scaling the business development function. This is not a managerial role — this is a builder role.
Qualifications
- 4–5 years in growth/performance marketing
- Experience with D2C / e-commerce / Shopify brands
- Proven track record of generating leads (not just traffic)
- Identify the right Shopify/D2C segments to target
- Plan and execute performance campaigns (Meta, Google, etc.)
- Generate qualified leads & demo bookings
- Work on messaging, funnels, and conversion optimization
- Use AI tools for faster execution (content, ads, research)
- Work closely with the sales team to drive revenue
- Strong understanding of funnels, creatives, and copy
- Hands-on mindset — someone who executes, not just plans
- Build a predictable flow of leads → demo calls → revenue
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Use AI tools in your workflow
- Think in terms of revenue, not vanity metrics
- Knowledge of Saas Products is a strong advantage
