The role
You own paid pipeline. Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, ABM. Every dollar that goes out, every signup that comes in, every opportunity that lands on an AE's calendar from paid — that's your number.
This isn't a "manage the agency" role. There's no agency. You're the operator. You build the campaigns, you write the briefs, you read the data, you kill what's not working, you scale what is. You sit between the CEO, Head of Growth, and the AE team, and you're measured on signups and pipeline. Monthly and quarterly. No vanity metrics.
If you've spent 3+ years running paid for B2B SaaS and you're tired of agencies, decks, and "brand campaigns" with no number attached — this is the role.
What you'll own
- Google Ads. India and US. Search, performance max, retargeting. Keyword research, bid strategy, ad copy, landing page mapping, CPL/CAC monitoring. Kill losers fast, scale winners faster.
- LinkedIn Ads. ICP targeting (CISOs, CTOs, VP Engineering at mid-market and enterprise), creative testing, lead gen forms, retargeting sequences. Run document ads, video ads, single image — whatever moves the number.
- Meta Ads. Custom audience building, lookalikes, retargeting from website and CRM data.
- ABM campaigns. Account lists, multi-touch sequences (paid + email + LinkedIn), 1:1 and 1:few plays for top-tier accounts. Coordinate with SDRs and AEs on follow-through.
- Pipeline number. You own monthly and quarterly targets — signups, MQLs, SQLs, pipeline created, pipeline-to-spend ratio. You report on it weekly.
- Budget. Scale managed spend to 1 crore+ per month across channels without blowing CAC.
- Conversion engineering. Landing pages, lead forms, signup flows, secondary conversion paths. Work with design and engineering to ship what's needed.
- Attribution and reporting. Own the dashboards. GTM, GA4, HubSpot, ad platform pixels. If something's not tracked properly, you fix it.
Who you are
- 3+ years running paid acquisition for B2B SaaS. Bonus if you've sold to developers, security, or technical buyers.
- Hands-on with Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads. You've personally managed 50L+/month in spend across at least one channel.
- You've owned a pipeline number, not just a CPL number. You know the difference.
- You can build an ABM campaign end-to-end — list to launch to follow-through.
- Comfortable with HubSpot, GA4, GTM, Looker/Sheets dashboards, and at least one cold outbound tool (Smartlead, Apollo, Clay, HeyReach).
- You think in funnels. You can read a CAC chart and know which lever to pull.
- You write your own copy. You don't wait for a copywriter.
- Bias to ship. You'd rather launch a 70% campaign on Monday than a 95% one next month.
