Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive Growth & Marketing Manager who can drive sales across our outlets by developing innovative marketing strategies and executing them on the ground. The role requires a combination of creative thinking, digital marketing expertise, strategic planning, and hands-on execution to increase brand visibility, customer engagement, and overall revenue.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales Growth Strategy
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase sales across all outlets.
- Identify new revenue opportunities such as corporate orders, bulk orders, and partnerships.
- Plan and implement seasonal and festival campaigns.
2. Digital Marketing
- Plan and execute digital marketing strategies to increase online visibility and customer engagement.
- Manage and grow the brand’s presence on Instagram, Facebook, and other social platforms.
- Plan and run paid advertising campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads).
- Optimize Google Business listings for all outlets to improve local search visibility.
- Work with designers/creators to develop engaging content such as reels, posts, and promotional creatives.
- Monitor digital campaign performance and optimize for better ROI.
3. Local Store Marketing
- Execute marketing initiatives around each outlet to increase walk-ins.
- Build partnerships with nearby offices, housing societies, schools, and event planners.
- Organize sampling activities, local events, and promotional campaigns.
4. Campaign Planning & Execution
- Plan promotional campaigns such as special offers, combos, and festive promotions.
- Coordinate with design and operations teams for campaign rollout.
- Ensure campaigns are executed properly across all outlets.
5. Product & Customer Insights
- Analyze sales data and customer preferences to suggest new product ideas.
- Work with the kitchen team to introduce trending or seasonal products.
6. Performance Tracking
- Track campaign performance and marketing ROI.
- Monitor outlet-wise sales performance and recommend improvements.
- Prepare periodic reports on marketing initiatives and results.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 3–6 years of experience in marketing, preferably in F&B, retail, or hospitality.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing (social media, paid ads, online listings).
- Experience in both online and offline marketing campaigns.
- Ability to plan strategies and execute them independently.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Comfortable with field visits and on-ground marketing activities.
