Role Description
The Growth Marketing Manager is a full-time on-site position located in Unnao. The role involves developing and executing data-driven marketing strategies to drive growth and engagement. Core responsibilities include managing marketing campaigns, analyzing performance metrics, implementing marketing automation systems, and conducting web analytics to optimize marketing initiatives. The role also entails collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the effective planning and execution of marketing projects.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Growth Marketing and implementing innovative strategies to meet growth objectives
- Strong skills in Marketing Analytics and Web Analytics for tracking campaign performance and insights
- Experience in Marketing Automation tools for improving campaign efficiency
- Project Management skills with the ability to effectively plan, coordinate, and execute marketing initiatives
- Creative problem-solving skills and ability to think strategically
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities for team and stakeholder engagement
- Knowledge of digital tools and platforms is a plus
- Preferred qualification: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
