Growth Marketing Lead (Founder’s Office – Growth & Operations)

About the RoleThis is not a typical “growth marketing” role.
This is a builder role.
You’ll sit at the intersection of:
- Growth (content + distribution)
- Client operations
- Business systems
ResponsibilitiesBuild the Growth Engine- Scale founder’s personal brand (LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube)
- Turn content into inbound leads
- Create and optimize distribution systems
Run Client Operations- Manage workflows and delivery
- Ensure quality and timelines
- Support cross-functional execution and collaborations
Build Systems- Create SOPs and internal processes
- Improve efficiency and reduce chaos
Help Scale the Company- Identify gaps and opportunities
- Hire and manage freelancers/team
- Build repeatable capability inside MetaGrowth
Who This Is For- You’ve worked in an agency (performance / marketing / creative)
- You’ve experienced real client pressure and understand servicing
- You’ve helped scale something (accounts, systems, or content)
- You understand content, distribution, or personal branding
Who This Is NOT For- You want a clearly defined, narrow role
- You’ve only executed tasks without ownership
- You’re uncomfortable with ambiguity
You Should Have a Working Understanding Of:
- Tools like ChatGPT and modern LLMs
- Using AI to improve thinking and execution
- Basics of workflows, automation, or emerging AI tools
