The Role
We already have a working franchise lead engine. Now we need someone who can scale it across markets, improve it continuously, and unlock new growth levers.
This role sits at the intersection of strategy and execution. You’ll be expected to design integrated marketing plans across online, offline, and channel development, and drive them end-to-end.
This is not a “manage agencies and review decks” role.
This is a roll-up-your-sleeves, figure-it-out, make-it-work role.
You’ll own lead generation end-to-end—across performance, offline, and new channels we haven’t even tried yet.
Speed matters more than perfection. Outcomes matter more than activity.
What You’ll Do
- Build and scale the engine:
- Create a steady pipeline of high-quality franchise leads across cities
- Strengthen what’s working and expand it across markets
- Plan and execute integrated campaigns:
- Design clear, outcome-driven plans across online, offline, and channel development
- Then drive them end-to-end—from idea to execution to results
- Run experiments non-stop:
- Launch new campaigns, channels, and city playbooks every week
- Kill what doesn’t work. Double down on what does.
- Own online, offline & channel development:
- Ensure all levers work together as one system—not in silos
- Enter and crack new markets:
- Figure out “what works” in a new city from scratch
- Then turn it into a repeatable playbook
- Drive execution at speed:
- No delays. No dependency excuses. Campaigns go live on time.
- Manage agencies like owners:
- Push for output, not updates
- Hold a high bar on quality and ROI
- Solve problems fast:
- Things will break. Channels will fail. Fix it and move.
Who This Is For
- You have 8-12 years in growth/marketing, and you’ve both planned and executed campaigns end-to-end
- You’ve worked across online, offline, and built new acquisition channels
- You can build integrated marketing plans and also execute them yourself
- You’ve done 0 → 1 in some context (new market, new channel, or new product)
- You’re hands-on with performance marketing, not just strategy
- You run multiple experiments, move fast, and make decisions quickly
- You care about outcomes (leads, CAC, conversions)—not just activity
- You’re comfortable with ambiguity, ownership, and high expectations
Bonus Points If
- You’ve worked with HNI / business / investor audiences
- You’ve built lead gen for high-ticket or niche offerings
- You’ve been part of multi-city expansion or franchise growth
