About Role
We're looking for a Growth & Marketing Lead to own the entire marketing function at Credes TechLabs. This is a full-time, remote-friendly role for someone who wants to build a marketing engine from scratch — not maintain one someone else built.
As our first marketing hire, you'll define how the world sees Credes. You'll own brand positioning, content strategy, lead generation, community presence, and product marketing — all in one role. Success here means inbound leads showing up consistently, our content building real trust with founders, and our in-house products getting the launches they deserve.

Key Responsibilities
- Brand & Content Define and own Credes' brand voice and content presence across LinkedIn, Twitter/X, and Instagram. Write 4–6 LinkedIn posts per week, 2 SEO articles per month, manage a biweekly founder newsletter, and brief short-form videos for Reels and Shorts.
- Lead Generation & Outbound Own the inbound funnel from content to booked call. Run targeted LinkedIn outreach to high-signal founder prospects and maintain a weekly pipeline tracker with clear conversion metrics.
- Community & Partnerships Show up consistently in founder communities across India and the UAE as a credible voice, not a salesperson. Build and manage referral partnerships with incubators, accelerators, and business consultants in target geographies.
- In-House Product Marketing Plan and execute app launches on Product Hunt and niche communities. Optimise App Store listings (ASO) and set up email capture flows within free apps to build lists for future monetisation and CTOaaS cross-sell.
- Performance Marketing Manage a ₹5K–₹20K/month budget with full ROI accountability. Boost top organic posts to ICP audiences and run lean paid experiments — paid amplifies, it doesn't replace organic.
- Analytics & Reporting Maintain a simple marketing dashboard and report weekly on what's working, what's not, and what's next — signal over noise, always.
Required Skills & Knowledge
- 2+ years in a growth, content, or marketing role — agency, startup, or independent.
- Exceptional written English — clear, sharp, zero filler. Your words should make people stop scrolling.
- Active LinkedIn presence with a content portfolio you can show us (links or screenshots).
- Proven experience creating content for founders, startups, or B2B audiences.
- Strong grasp of funnel thinking — you understand how awareness becomes a lead becomes a client.
- Ability to work independently without step-by-step direction or daily check-ins.
- Comfortable operating with lean budgets, ambiguous briefs, and a zero-to-one environment.
- Basic understanding of SEO principles and keyword-driven content strategy.
- Familiarity with tools like Canva, Buffer or Later, Brevo or Mailchimp, and Google Analytics.
Good to Have (Bonus Skills)
- Prior experience at a startup in a solo or first-marketing-hire capacity.
- Experience planning and executing Product Hunt launches.
- Community building or management experience.
- Knowledge of App Store Optimisation (ASO) basics.
- Experience with LinkedIn Ads or Meta Ads — even at small budgets.
- Exposure to cold email or outbound lead generation workflows.
- Understanding of basic conversion rate optimisation (CRO) principles.
Qualifications
- Background in marketing, communications, business, or a related field — or equivalent demonstrated experience.
- A portfolio of content you've created and published, with results to speak to.
- Strong written communication skills with a distinct voice and point of view.
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams and prioritise in a fast-moving environment.
- Self-directed, accountable, and comfortable owning outcomes — not just activities.
