Rao International is a Government of India-licensed overseas recruitment and manpower solutions firm with 45+ years of experience in deploying skilled Indian talent across the Middle East, Europe, Africa, and beyond.
We are now building a modern, premium digital presence from the ground up and are looking for someone who wants to be part of that journey.
The Role
This is not a “do what you’re told” internship.
We’re looking for someone who takes initiative, brings ideas, experiments, and takes ownership rather than waiting for instructions at every step.
You’ll work closely with the team to build Rao International’s digital presence and support our B2B marketing and growth efforts.
What You'll Do
- Build and grow Rao International’s LinkedIn presence
- Plan and create B2B content, posts, and carousels
- Design creatives using Canva / Adobe Suite
- Develop content and campaigns aligned with sales funnels
- Assist with organic and performance marketing
- Support Meta Ads, lead-generation campaigns, and media-buying experiments
- Research competitors, industries, and content trends
- Assist with LinkedIn and email outreach
- Support lead-generation funnels and landing pages
- Track basic metrics such as CTR, CPC, engagement, and leads
What We're Looking For
- Strong Canva skills
- Basic understanding of digital marketing
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, content marketing, and Meta Ads
- Good written English
- Creative, analytical, and organised
- Self-motivated and comfortable taking ownership
- Curious and willing to experiment and learn
Nice to have: Figma, Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop, paid ads experience, B2B marketing, CRM or email marketing experience.

Internship Details
Stipend: ₹10,000 – ₹20,000/month
