Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Growth Marketing Intern based in Gurugram. The role involves supporting growth initiatives, conducting market research, analyzing data, executing marketing campaigns, assisting with sales and lead generation activities, and managing ongoing projects. The intern will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for growth and drive measurable results.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills to assess data, evaluate performance, and provide actionable solutions.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to collaborate effectively across teams and engage stakeholders.
- Knowledge of growth hacking strategies and techniques to drive customer acquisition and retention.
- Experience or interest in sales to support lead generation and business development efforts.
- Project management skills to juggle multiple responsibilities and ensure timely delivery of tasks.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Proficiency with marketing tools, data analytics platforms, and CRM software is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related fields (or currently enrolled in a similar program).
