The role
As our Growth & Marketing Intern, you'll work directly on campaigns that drive user acquisition and engagement. You'll bring a hands-on understanding of the video content ecosystem - knowing what creators need, which platforms they live on, and how to reach them.
What you'll do
- Drive growth experiments across acquisition, activation, and retention, tracking what works and iterating fast.
- Create and repurpose video content using Fliki and other AI/video tools to fuel campaigns across Reddit, YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram, .
- Assist in outreach and sales efforts to onboard new users and partners.
- Analyze campaign and product data to surface insights and recommend optimizations.
- Support project management of marketing initiatives - keeping timelines tight and executions clean.
Must have
- Hands-on experience with video tools like Canva, CapCut, or similar; familiar with how content performs on Reddit, YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram Reels.
- Strong analytical skills - you can dig into data, find the signal, and turn it into action.
- Excellent written and verbal communication - sharp briefs, punchy captions, and clear reports.
- Familiarity with growth hacking and user acquisition strategies.
- A proactive, self-starter mindset - you don't wait to be told what to try next.
Nice to have
- Experience with AI-powered content tools (text-to-video, voice synthesis, generative design).
- Background in sales, community building, or influencer outreach.
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, though we care more about what you've built than your credentials.
