Role Description The Growth Marketing Intern role is a full-time, on-site position based in Delhi, India. The intern will support growth initiatives by assisting with campaign planning, execution, and optimization across digital channels. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting market and user research, tracking performance metrics, identifying growth opportunities, and collaborating with sales and product teams to drive user acquisition and engagement. The role also involves creating clear communication materials, coordinating small projects and experiments, and documenting learnings to inform future strategy. The intern will work closely with senior team members to test growth hypotheses and contribute to data-driven decision-making.

- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to interpret data, track performance, and identify growth opportunities.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to create clear messaging, collaborate across teams, and engage with prospects or users.
- Candidates should possess Growth Hacking skills to experiment with new channels, tactics, and funnels for user acquisition and retention.
- Candidates should possess Sales-related skills to support lead generation, outreach, and basic pipeline follow-ups.
- Candidates should possess Project Management skills to coordinate campaigns, manage timelines, and ensure smooth execution of experiments.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools (e.g., social media platforms, email marketing, analytics dashboards) is beneficial.
- Comfort working with spreadsheets or analytics tools and a basic understanding of marketing metrics (e.g., CTR, conversion rate) are preferred.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is advantageous.
- Curiosity, willingness to learn, and openness to feedback are highly valued for this intern role.
