Summary
The Growth Marketing Intern role at Affairs Studio is designed for individuals who want to build real, execution-driven marketing skills beyond theoretical learning. This role offers hands-on exposure to performance marketing, website and funnel development, and multi-channel execution within a structured growth system.

This role is an integral part of the execution layer at Affairs Studio, directly supporting the development and implementation of growth systems across client accounts and internal initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Assist in executing and optimizing campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads to support performance objectives
- Support the development and execution of full-funnel marketing strategies across different client projects
- Build and manage websites and landing pages using platforms such as WordPress and Shopify
- Coordinate execution across multiple marketing channels, including paid media, organic social, email marketing, and WhatsApp communication
- Assist in setting up tracking systems, analytics dashboards, and performance reporting to monitor campaign effectiveness
- Use AI tools to support research, content creation, and workflow efficiency
- Collaborate with team members to execute tasks across live projects while maintaining timelines and quality standards
Qualifications
- Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts, including performance marketing, funnels, and customer journeys
- Familiarity with platforms such as Meta Ads, Google Ads, WordPress, or Shopify is preferred but not mandatory
- Strong willingness to learn, execute, and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to think analytically and solve problems with a structured approach
- Comfortable working with tools, data, and evolving marketing technologies including AI-based tools
