Role Description
We need someone who can get this product in front of college students. The product is built and working. What's missing is distribution.
This is NOT a typical marketing internship. There are no reports to write, no meetings to attend, and no one telling you what to post. You figure out what works and you do it.
What you'll actually do:
- Create LinkedIn and Instagram content that students engage with — not corporate posts
- Get PlaceReadyAI into college WhatsApp groups and student communities
- Connect with college placement cells and training coordinators
- Build a campus ambassador network across colleges
- Run organic growth experiments — referrals, viral content, partnerships
- Track what's working and double down on it
Compensation
This is commission-based. No fixed salary. No stipend.
- 15% commission on every paying user you bring through your referral link
- ₹5,000 reward for best performing marketer each semester
