This is a full-time on-site role for a Growth & Marketing – Founder’s Office Intern located in Hyderabad. The intern will collaborate closely with the founding team to drive strategic projects in growth, marketing, and AI-powered business operations. Responsibilities include coordinating marketing campaigns, analyzing data for insights, supporting business development initiatives, creating high-impact presentation decks, and leveraging AI tools and automation platforms to improve productivity and outreach efficiency.
The role also involves conducting market research, assisting in partnerships, automating repetitive workflows, managing lead-generation activities, scheduling meetings, and contributing to the company’s overall growth strategy using modern AI-driven tools and systems.
Qualifications
- Marketing and Business Development skills, including campaign coordination, outreach, and partnership support
- Familiarity with AI tools and automation platforms such as ChatGPT, Canva AI, Notion AI, Zapier, Apollo, Google Workspace, or similar productivity tools
- Data Analysis and Market Research skills to derive actionable insights
- Ability to create high-quality presentation decks, reports, and marketing materials
- Strong organizational, communication, and collaborative skills
- Proactive problem-solving mindset with eagerness to work closely with founders on strategic growth initiatives
- Ability to learn and adapt quickly in a startup-driven environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Technology, or related field (enrollment in a degree program for interns is acceptable)
- Experience or coursework in growth strategy, startups, AI tools, automation, or technology-driven industries is a plus
