At IotaRise, we're building AI-powered products that help businesses automate customer support, generate leads, and improve customer experience. Our flagship product, IotaBot, is an AI customer support platform trusted to automate conversations across websites, Instagram, and email.
We're looking for a Growth Marketing Executive who understands digital marketing beyond just running ads. You'll be responsible for generating qualified leads, optimizing campaigns, and driving measurable business growth.
What You'll Do
- Plan, launch, and optimize LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads campaigns.
- Generate high-quality B2B leads using Apollo.io.
- Build and manage targeted prospect lists.
- Create outreach strategies to increase conversions.
- Monitor campaign performance and improve ROI.
- Work closely with the founder to test and scale new marketing ideas.
- Perform keyword research and competitor analysis.
- Assist with landing page optimization and conversion rate improvements.
- Support content marketing initiatives across LinkedIn and other digital channels.
- Track marketing KPIs and prepare performance reports.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in digital or growth marketing.
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Ads.
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads.
- Strong experience using Apollo.io for lead generation (Required).
- Good understanding of B2B lead generation strategies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Self-motivated and comfortable working remotely.
- Ability to learn quickly and execute independently.
Nice to Have
- Experience marketing SaaS products.
- Knowledge of SEO and content marketing.
- Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini.
- Experience with email marketing and marketing automation.
