About the Role
We are looking for a Growth Marketing Executive who can bridge the gap between Performance Marketing and Social Media Marketing. This role is ideal for someone who understands how paid campaigns and organic social strategies work together to drive business growth, brand awareness, and lead generation.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in campaign execution, content planning, analytics, and digital marketing while collaborating closely with creative and marketing teams.
Key Responsibilities
* Plan, execute, and optimise Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns to achieve business objectives.
* Manage and oversee social media platforms, ensuring consistent brand communication and audience engagement.
* Develop monthly content calendars in collaboration with the creative and content teams.
* Monitor campaign performance, analyse KPIs, and implement optimisation strategies to improve ROI and ROAS.
* Coordinate with Graphic Designers, Video Editors, and Content Writers for campaign execution.
* Execute lead generation campaigns through paid and organic marketing channels.
* Conduct competitor analysis, audience research, and market trend analysis to identify growth opportunities.
* Track website traffic, campaign performance, and user behaviour using tools such as Google Analytics.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives.
* Prepare campaign reports, performance insights, and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Requirements
* 1–3 years of experience in Digital Marketing or Growth Marketing.
* Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads.
* Good understanding of Social Media Marketing, content planning, and community engagement.
* Basic knowledge of Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and campaign reporting.
* Familiarity with SEO fundamentals and digital marketing best practices is an added advantage.
* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
* Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
* Ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
* Previous experience in a Digital Marketing Agency will be preferred.
* Educational Qualification
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or a related field.
* Certifications in Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or Digital Marketing will be an added advantage.
