Role Overview
We are looking for a hands-on Growth & Marketing Executive to drive user acquisition, engagement, and conversion for our product through structured campaigns and outreach.
Key Responsibilities
· Plan and execute WhatsApp, email, and social media ad campaigns
· Drive lead generation through webinars, ads, and landing pages
· Manage end-to-end webinar execution (promotion → registration → follow-up)
· Handle lead nurturing & retargeting to convert users into customers
· Track campaign performance and optimize for conversion and ROI
· Build and manage user databases (emails, contacts, segments)
· Coordinate with product and content teams for campaign assets
Key Skills Required
· Experience in digital marketing & campaign execution
· Hands-on with email marketing tools, WhatsApp automation, ads (Meta/Google)
· Strong understanding of funnels, lead generation & conversion
· Ability to analyze performance metrics and optimize campaigns
· Good communication and execution speed
