Astha Technology Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Growth Marketing Executive to manage and optimize paid campaigns and drive measurable results for domestic and international clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
- Handle keyword research, audience targeting, bidding, and budgets.
- Monitor KPIs, analyze performance, and improve ROI/ROAS.
- Conduct A/B testing and prepare campaign reports.
- Coordinate with design/content teams for ad creatives.
- Guide junior team members and coordinate daily campaign activities.
- Use AI tools relevant to performance marketing or be willing to learn.
