About The Role
We are looking for a strategic and data-driven
Associate Director – Growth & Marketing to lead our growth initiatives, drive customer acquisition, and scale revenue channels. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in performance marketing, brand building, and growth strategy—preferably within the
EdTech ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute growth strategies to drive user acquisition, engagement, and revenue.
- Lead performance marketing channels (Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, Affiliates, etc.) with a strong ROI focus.
- Build and scale customer acquisition funnels and optimize conversion rates across platforms.
- Own P&L for marketing spends and ensure efficient CAC and LTV optimization.
- Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Tech teams to align growth initiatives with business goals.
- Drive brand positioning and awareness campaigns across digital and offline channels.
- Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor strategies to identify growth opportunities.
- Manage and mentor a team of marketing professionals and agencies.
- Leverage data analytics tools (Google Analytics, Mixpanel, etc.) to drive decision-making.
- Execute experimentation frameworks (A/B testing) for continuous optimization.
Key Requirements
- 8–12 years of experience in Growth / Marketing, preferably in EdTech, SaaS, or B2C.
- Proven track record of scaling user acquisition and revenue growth.
- Strong expertise in digital marketing, performance campaigns, and growth hacking.
- Experience in managing large marketing budgets and delivering measurable ROI.
- Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in data-driven decision-making.
- Leadership experience in managing teams and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in EdTech companies or high-growth startups.
- Exposure to B2C marketing models.
- MBA from a reputed institute is a plus.
