About Finzace
Finzace is building a fixed-income investment platform helping investors access opportunities across bonds, fixed deposits, mutual funds, and alternative investment products.
We work closely with financial advisors, wealth managers, and investors to make fixed-income investing simpler and more accessible.
We are now looking for a Growth Marketing & Content Lead who can own our marketing engine end-to-end.
Role Overview
We are looking for a hands-on marketing professional who can manage and execute Finzace’s marketing initiatives across content, social media, paid marketing, and CRM automation.
This role requires someone who is creative, analytical, and execution-focused, with the ability to drive investor acquisition and brand visibility.
Key Responsibilities
Content & Social Media
• Manage Finzace’s presence across LinkedIn, YouTube, and other social platforms
• Plan and execute content strategy for fixed-income investing
• Create posts, carousels, and educational content
• Work on video content including YouTube and short-form clips
Video & Creative Production
• Edit videos for YouTube, reels, and marketing campaigns
• Create graphics, thumbnails, and social media creatives
• Design marketing assets using tools like Canva or Figma
Performance Marketing
• Plan and manage campaigns on:
• Meta Ads (Facebook / Instagram)
• LinkedIn Ads
• Google Ads
• Track campaign performance and optimize cost per lead
CRM & Marketing Automation
• Manage marketing automation workflows in Zoho CRM
• Setup email campaigns and lead nurturing
• Track leads and conversion funnels
Growth & Marketing Strategy
• Work closely with the founders and sales team
• Support lead generation and investor acquisition
• Experiment with new growth channels and campaigns
Skills & Experience
Preferred skills:
• Experience managing social media & digital marketing
• Video editing experience (Premiere Pro / CapCut / similar)
• Graphic design using Canva / Figma
• Knowledge of Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Google Ads
• Experience working with CRM tools like Zoho
• Strong written communication and content writing skills
Bonus if you have experience in:
• Fintech / wealth management marketing
• Financial content creation
• YouTube content growth

Compensation
