Job Summary:
We are looking for a seasoned Growth Marketing & Automation Expert with 7+ years of experience to lead and scale end-to-end marketing automation and demand generation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in email automation, LinkedIn outreach, performance marketing, and data-driven growth strategies, with a strong focus on driving measurable business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Growth Strategy & Leadership
- Define and execute scalable growth marketing strategies aligned with business objectives
- Lead end-to-end demand generation and customer acquisition initiatives
- Identify new growth channels and drive experimentation across campaigns
- Mentor junior team members and establish best practices for automation and outreach
2. Marketing Automation & Campaign Management
- Architect and optimize complex automated workflows, drip campaigns, and multi-channel sequences
- Oversee email deliverability, domain reputation, and infrastructure setup (SPF, DKIM, warm-ups)
- Integrate automation tools with CRM and analytics platforms for seamless tracking
3. Email & LinkedIn Outreach
- Lead high-volume cold email and LinkedIn outreach strategies using tools like Instantly, Lemlist, Apollo, Expandi, or similar
- Optimize messaging frameworks, personalization strategies, and outreach sequences for higher conversions
- Ensure compliance with best practices and platform guidelines
4. Data, Analytics & Optimization
- Track and analyze key performance metrics (open rates, reply rates, conversions, CAC, ROI)
- Conduct advanced A/B testing and funnel optimization
- Identify bottlenecks and continuously improve campaign performance
5. Lead Generation & Data Intelligence
- Define Ideal Customer Profiles (ICP) and build targeted prospecting strategies
- Leverage tools like Apollo, Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, and data enrichment platforms
- Ensure database quality, segmentation, and governance
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience in Growth Marketing / Marketing Automation / B2B Lead Generation
- Proven experience in scaling outbound campaigns and automation workflows
- Strong hands-on expertise with tools like Apollo, Instantly, Lemlist, Clay, Expandi, etc.
- Deep understanding of email deliverability, domain management, and outreach infrastructure
- Advanced proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets and data analysis
- Strong copywriting and messaging skills for high-conversion campaigns
- Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and strategic thinking abilities
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in B2B / SaaS / Global markets
- Familiarity with CRM tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar
- Knowledge of marketing attribution models and funnel analytics
