Tytova Technologies is looking for a creative, analytical, and execution-focused Growth Marketing professional to join our growing team.

What You’ll Do
• Develop and execute data-driven growth strategies
• Identify and test new customer/user acquisition channels
• Plan organic and paid digital marketing campaigns
• Work on social media, content, SEO, performance marketing, and community growth
• Build partnerships with creators, communities, institutions, and other brands
• Track conversion rates, CAC, engagement, retention, ROI, and other growth KPIs
• Conduct competitor and market research
• Design and execute rapid growth experiments
• Collaborate closely with product, design, and technology teams
• Help build and strengthen the Tytova Technologies brand
What We’re Looking For
We care more about skills, execution, creativity, and ownership than years of experience.
You should be someone who:
• Understands digital and social media marketing
• Can think creatively while making decisions based on data
• Is comfortable experimenting and learning quickly
• Understands funnels, user/customer acquisition, and conversion
• Has strong communication and research skills
• Wants to work in a fast-moving technology startup environment
Experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, Google Analytics, content marketing, influencer marketing, email marketing, or growth analytics is a plus.
